DIRECTIONS FOR DAILY USE
Roll on GENEROUSLY (at least 6 swipes of the roller in each area).
WHERE TO APPLY: wrists, bottom of feet, tummy, temples, back of neck, behind the ears, chest.  
Be careful not to get into eyes or broken skin, because magnesium is a salt and may sting (just like the salt in the ocean).
