The magnesuim butter applied to bottom of feet is a good night time routine to enhance sleeping. The oil is a nice travel size and also great for aching joints and muscles.

Love the travel roller that I can throw in my purse or work bag. I am sleeping better and feel great in the AM. I also reached out to the owner to see if they had a specific scent in stock.
